Meet the Ragamuffins Management Team

Meet Natalie
Mum to Lawson and Delta, Natalie has over 20 years’ experience within the early years industry. Natalie strives to provide the highest standards of care to all children and educate them to reach their potential, all whilst ensuring their welfare and safety is at the forefront. She enjoys supporting and mentoring staff members, and endeavours for them to be passionate practitioners creating positive impacts and outcomes for all children. Natalie believes building strong parent partnerships alongside our highly skilled staff team is what make us an exceptional childcare provider.
Meet Emily
Mum to Freddie and Elsie, Emily has been with the Ragamuffins family for almost 8 years. Working across all three settings in various roles, Emily loves watching the individual child thrive within the Ragamuffins care by carefully creating exciting and enriching environments where the children can develop and grow. Emily is a strong believer that anyone can achieve given the right support and is passionate about mentoring her team to achieve their goals.
Meet Molly
Molly started with Ragamuffins as an apprentice over 8 years ago, and with the support of her managers and mentors she is now the Manager of our Headless Cross setting. During her career she has worked across all age ranges, and has supported so many of our children on their journey from babies through to preschool and onto their next adventure at ‘big school’! Watching the children on their learning journey is what Molly loves most about her job, helping them to achieve their goals and thrive within the Ragamuffins care.
